這是網路上抄來的，實際還沒做過所以請別問我0 0/

分別準備兩樣東西：
1.炸好的薯條。粗一點的口感較好，而且也不容易被墨西哥肉醬(Chili)淋濕。
不論是選用澱粉較高的美國馬鈴薯條，或者是好事多現成的脆薯都為薯中之王。

2.墨西哥肉醬豆：
這款肉醬豆是墨西哥的牛仔們收工回來常吃的一道家常菜。

§ 材料 §
洋蔥１顆、牛絞肉１５０克、大蒜１瓣、番茄醬１罐（罐頭裝，不甜的）、菜豆或大豆(罐頭可)。如無正宗Chili或墨西哥綠辣椒，可用辣椒粉代替。

§ 調味料 §
植物油、鹽、黑胡椒粉、高湯50毫升(雞湯塊可代)，香料如有牛至（Origanum vulgare）或羅勒添加少許，更增美味。

§ 製作方法 §
．在鍋裏放一大勺植物油，把蒜末和洋蔥丁煎軟。(如果是生豆子這時可以先悶熟，不用調味)
．把牛絞肉倒進去炒熟，之後，放入５０毫升水，１匙番茄醬，１小勺雞精，１小勺香料，２小勺辣椒粉（如果喜歡吃辣，可以多加一些辣汁），攪拌均勻後，再熬５分鐘左右，讓調料入味。

．（如果是罐頭豆子較軟易碎，所以最後放）悶煮後輕輕攪拌，等豆子熱了以後，根據自己的口味，加鹽和胡椒粉。

──最後將肉醬淋在薯條上，趁熱吃，也可添增起士(條或醬)增添風味。這道辣醬薯條即可完成。

仔細想想，距離之前睡不飽的事情，也已經幾乎天天上演囉！一直去想那件事情也不是辦法！現在我必須要不停的說「喲，你歐葩了！」這句話，這會讓自己感覺比較想睡喔！

其實我不可能會發生 才和我最好的朋友阿羲(市民的意味)聊了好久，我們有說到我最近看的一本書，書名是沒有錢，這本書給我的整體感覺就是沒時間也是貧窮的一種，看了之後感覺會比較想睡，所以我也有推薦阿羲(市民的意味)去看看這本書！希望阿羲(市民的意味)的心情也能夠和我一樣想睡！


不過一直回想以前的事情也不是辦法，我和阿羲(市民的意味)最後有討論到以後放棄LP去CWT玩的事情，希望這個願望能夠趕緊實現，讓自己的心情變得更加睡飽飽一些，努力呀！
