少少水加蕃茄煮,之後落白醋同沙糖慢慢較味

有人說用意大利佬蕃茄好d...因為味濃d 唔洗落咁多調味...

不過算了...這個要買...而且有d 貴

只好用中國蕃茄 ( 應該是平加汁多,但問題是淡 )

當然最後要打個獻/落高筋麵粉將佢個汁收一收將蕃茄醬

豬扒很普通啦...

普通油鹽糖,打鬆佢d 筋,之後蒜茸煎

煎至黃金

然後洋蔥同炸好薯仔起獲,加入蕃茄醬,之後再加埋豬扒,炆兩分鐘左右

即上碟

In fact, most GP MACAU races are so boring that i wish to have a game rather than watching that. Since WTCC have authorized macau as the final stage of the game, i always wish to see it . As WTCC 's rules , the skillful players and the cars ( most attractive >V< car maniac ) are so attractive. There is no reason to refuse watching it, just sit & watch TV ( i can hear & see live hoho...)

For my eng is that ***ing bad and lacks of new voc.....

and it is getting worse and worse becoz of my rare usage of eng.

From now on,i will use more english in my blog to improve this .
