隨著孔子學院在全世界范圍內的建立和發展，越來越多的人對漢語教學產生了濃厚的興趣。我就經常碰到很多中國留學生，他們大多不是學中文專業的，但希望有機 會接觸對外漢語教學，或者將來轉向對外漢語教學工作。我來自中國人民大學，曾在英國杜倫大學任對外漢語教師，目前在愛爾蘭都柏林大學孔子學院任教。我想結 合自身體會，談談作為一個對外漢語教師應該具備哪些方面的基本素質。

- 今天：我自己喝完一鍋4人份的康寶火腿玉米濃湯。一直無綠無故嗜睡。
- 發現：販賣偶像相關商品真的是個撈錢的好工作。
- 嚴重過敏：眼睛揉得快瞎了 + 每夜腿癢得快崩潰。
- 明天：還要和一堆老師和有為青年上課。要早起……

I can't wait to cut my hair! This feeling is getting stronger and stronger after life without conditioner for 3-week in Germany and Austria. But still waiting for my bang to grow longer. Otherwise, it's fucking cold to have short hair NOW! I don't want my neck to be frozen. "Neck" is the point of keeping warm.

I've been back 4 days. Busy cleaning my room. I wanna make it more tidy and throw something out for the New Year and for future immigration. The most important things is, I am gonna take the teacher certification exam again on 31 March, need to make my desk tidy and get more space for studying. Although it will be messy soon, but a clean desk makes you feel like a smart nerd always ready for fighting exams! And, a good beginning is the point of achieving success, isn't it?
