Learn To Focus
Focusing is an art which comes easily to some people and is a complete mystery to others. Focusing is simply the ability to direct all your thoughts and energy on something for a specific amount of time. Have you noticed that when you really want something you seem to focus much of your thoughts and your energy towards this goal? You may also find that it is easier to focus on things you love doing. Or perhaps you are able to focus on things which need to be done, even if you don't like doing them, such as washing the dishes that have piled up in the sink, for example. It is often said that successful people are those who continually focus on their goals and visions.
Today, notice what you choose to focus your attention on.
